Marketing Activations Manager

We’re now seeking a Marketing Activations Manager to join our Licensed Channel team. This is a unique opportunity to lead engaging, insight-led activations that connect our brands with consumers in the places they shop, celebrate, and socialise. This permanent, full-time role serves as a key link between The Coca-Cola Company (TCCC), the Licensed channel team, and our Australian business.
Your Impact
Reporting to the Head of Brand Activation, Trade Marketing & Design, you’ll be responsible for driving the development and execution of shopper-focused marketing campaigns, national promotions, and experiential programs across the Licensed channel.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and executing shopper marketing initiatives across on- and off-premise licensed venues
- Developing and delivering promotional activity, grassroots sampling and event sponsorships
- Collaborating with commercial, legal, brand, and trade marketing teams to deliver campaigns that align with business and brand priorities
- Managing agency partners to execute high-impact activations on time and on budget
- Supporting go-to-market execution for new product launches
- Tracking performance, evaluating ROI, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
- Translating insights into targeted, effective marketing strategies that drive conversion
About You
You’ll be a bold and strategic operator with strong FMCG marketing experience—ideally in shopper marketing, brand activations, or channel execution. You’re commercially savvy, highly collaborative, and passionate about bringing brand experiences to life.
What you’ll bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in FMCG, shopper marketing, brand activation, or retail marketing
- Proven ability to manage complex projects from idea through execution
- Strong commercial thinking and consumer understanding
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Confidence working with data, insights, and shopper behaviour
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, SAP, and campaign performance tools (e.g. Nielsen, Dunnhumby)
- A tertiary qualification in Marketing, Business, or related field
