Team Manager Electrical, Kewdale

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Electrical Team Manager at our Western Australian Manufacturing facility based in Kewdale where we operate multiple high-speed production lines. This role operates from 6am – 2pm, Monday to Friday. Join an experienced production and maintenance leadership team, who are committed to ensuring quality manufacture of brands such as Coca-Cola, Fanta, Mount Franklin, and Powerade, just to name a few!
Key Responsibilities for this role include:
- Safety of team members and site compliance
- Driving a high performing and results driven team
- Leading a team of seven electricians while complying with CCEP’s maintenance policies, procedures, systems, and standards
- Fast decision making in a constantly shifting environment
- Working within the broader operations team to deliver site KPI’s and targets
To be successful in this role you will have:
- An Electrical Licence (desirable)
- A solution focused mindset, with an ability to drive results through innovation and creativity
- Previous experience working with high-speed manufacturing equipment or other highly automated production facilities
- Experience and familiarity with control systems within FMCG, food, beverage or pharmaceutical environments is advantageous, though not mandatory
- A focus on continuous improvement and the development of preventative maintenance programs, lifting the reliability of plant and equipment
- Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
- Leadership skills and a record of coaching and motivating teams, working collaboratively to positively influence and develop engagement with both internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated understanding of Maintenance systems and procedures (CMMS experience – ideally Maximo)
- Flexible attitude with a demonstrated capacity to manage change and achieve results through influencing and working collaboratively
