About the Role

We are looking for a Manager, Sourcing Analysis to join our Procurement Center of Excellence team in Manila.
In this role, you will provide analytics, sourcing, and procurement systems support to Category and Sourcing Managers across the business. You will play a critical role in generating spend insights, managing sourcing events, maintaining procurement data quality, and operationalizing supplier contracts within procurement systems.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Support procurement sourcing activities through platforms such as SAP Ariba, Keelvar, and other sourcing tools.
  • Execute spend analysis and identify sourcing opportunities across procurement categories.
  • Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support procurement decision-making.
  • Partner with Category Managers and Sourcing Managers to define requirements and support sourcing initiatives.
  • Ensure procurement systems are updated accurately and remain compliant with internal standards.
  • Operationalize supplier contracts in procurement systems to enable downstream purchasing activities.
  • Maintain spend analytics tool integrity and drive data quality improvements.
  • Integrate new data sources and enhance procurement analytics capabilities.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for procurement stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement processes and service delivery.


What We're Looking For


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Engineering, Supply Chain, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Master's Degree or MBA is an advantage.

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analytics, financial analysis, procurement, sourcing, or related functions.
  • Experience working within Procurement, Source-to-Pay (S2P), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), or Shared Services environments.
  • Exposure to procurement systems such as SAP Ariba, Keelvar, or similar platforms.
  • Experience handling large datasets and delivering business insights.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong Excel and Microsoft Office capabilities.
  • Understanding of procurement and sourcing processes.
  • Experience with reporting, dashboard creation, and spend analytics.
  • Strong systems and process management skills.
