ABOUT YOUR ROLE

As the Vending Strategy Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our Vending channel. You will be the driving force behind strategic insights, delivering valuable commercial analysis and guiding the business in making data-driven decisions to accelerate growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

  • Use your analytical expertise to provide trusted financial guidance, ensuring alignment between business goals and financial strategy.
  • Drive profitable growth by offering actionable insights and influencing key operational decisions that shape the future of our business.
  • Partner with the business to form both long and short-term plans that maximize opportunities based on deep commercial insights and business knowledge.
  • Stimulate behaviours to drive improved commercial performance and achieve business and financial objectives.
  • Build strong business understanding to provide meaningful, actionable, and timely insights to leaders.
  • Partner closely with key stakeholders to create opportunities for business growth, ensuring that they have up-to-date information and assumptions.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders, using your commercial expertise to identify opportunities that drive revenue growth and cost efficiencies.
  • Support the development and execution of business strategy, communicating key insights across the network.
  • Act as a catalyst for change, championing innovative ideas and embedding a culture of continuous improvement within the business.
  • Help lead the transformation by ensuring smooth implementation of new operating models and empowering teams to succeed.
  • Drive positive impact through commercial, customer, and category outcomes.
  • Demonstrate positive safety and wellbeing behaviours, embracing the company’s values and contributing to team engagement.

LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU!

We’re looking for someone who is eager to take ownership, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a natural curiosity to learn and develop new skills. If you have a strong background in finance, commercial roles, or sales, and have a passion for customer-centric business strategies, we want to hear from you!

  • 2+ years’ experience in commercial or accounting roles, or experience working in Sales, with a passion for customer-centricity.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Commerce, or Accounting highly regarded.
  • CA/CPA qualifications highly regarded.
  • You excel at translating complex data into actionable insights and advising stakeholders on performance and opportunities.
  • You understand business priorities and can align financial strategies with broader goals, driving long-term success.
  • You build strong, cross-functional relationships and know how to influence stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
  • You have a passion for improving customer value, with the ability to integrate customer needs into strategic decisions.
  • You’re motivated by achieving goals, whether it’s driving revenue growth, optimising resources, or improving performance.
  • You embrace change and actively seek opportunities to expand your skills and knowledge.
  • You can simplify complex financial data and present it clearly to diverse audiences, ensuring alignment and understanding.
