The role:

The Refrigeration Technician is responsible to repair and maintain all CCEP PNG cold drink equipment while maintaining security of all cold drink equipment records of maintenance and movements, including services task.

Our desired candidate:

A well-presented, highly personable, and efficient candidate who can work independently in a challenging environment. The ideal candidate must meet the following minimum requirements: 

  •  Minimum Dipla in Mechanical-Electrical/Technical Engineering and or related field and or
  • Trade Certificate in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning with at least 3 years of industrial experience.
  • Refrigeration/HVAC Trade or Vocational certification
  • 3-5 years in similar role refirgeration/HVAC
  • Prior diagnostic/troubleshooting experience preferred
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Demonstrated mechanical, electrical and technical aptitude
  • Basic computer skills
  • Valid Driver's License and clean driving record
  • Experience in vending, post-mix, premix dispensing equipment and ice machines.
  • Computer skills with certification – thoroughly familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Familiar with the Health & Safety and Environment Management requirements.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Be an effective team player, pro-actively participate and contribute to the team.
  • Organised and structured.
  • Attention to detail
  • Analytical and ability to communicate clearly both orally and written
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver on outcomes
  • Demonstrate high level of intergrity for CCEP PNG
