Location: Newcastle based and Central Coast region, NSW
Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm (with flexibility to start earlier or finish earlier when required)
Company vehicle & iPhone provided
Regional travel may be required: short work trips to Dubbo, Tamworth and Port Macquarie

About the Role


We’re looking for a Field Service Technician to join our Equipment Services team in the Newcastle and Central Coast region. This is a hands-on, active role where no two days are the same. You’ll support customers by assisting in structured servicing, maintaining and assisting other team members with the maintenance of various types of beverage equipment across a variety of customer environments.


Full training is provided, including support to obtain qualifications such as electrical test and tag if you don’t already have them. If you enjoy working independently, staying active and being part of a supportive team, this is a great opportunity with a trusted global employer.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Servicing and assisting in maintaining beverage equipment types at customer locations
  • Assisting with equipment movement, re-installation and basic repairs
  • Completing quality checks and returning equipment to standard settings
  • Recording readings and job details using mobile applications
  • Following safety procedures and contributing to a safe work environment
  • Managing parts, tools and vehicle stock
  • Participating in training and continuous improvement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Electrical test and tag qualification or willingness to obtain one
  • CPR certificate beneficial but not required
  • Ability to meet the physical requirements of the role (including regular manual handling) is required
  • Willingness to travel regionally for short working away trips
  • Strong communication skills and customer focus
  • Unrestricted driver’s licence
