Job Purpose
Public Affairs Manager is responsible to execute plan, organize and implement Public Affairs’ Regional strategy including business planning, governance program, stakeholder engagement and issue management at Local Level to protect the reputation of the organization specifically in the respective regions and support to total CCEP. Ensuring internal CCEP alignment to respond on external issue, challenges and effective publication for risks protection and continuous growth of positive corporate reputation. Managing internal-external data and information flow, creating proactive narration, advocacy brief and infographics as a tool for external communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute Public Affairs Local Stakeholder Management.
- Manage stakeholder mapping, analysis, and engagement implementation at the local level.
- Serve as company representation and first point of contact for government and external stakeholders.
- Review and analyze potential issues/risks and propose risk mitigation responses.
- Manage issues, issue briefs, analysis, monitoring, and the Issue Register/Report.
- Manage and update local policy regulations related to business and operational permits and licenses.
- Establish Issue Management Strategy and Stakeholder Mapping into the Regional Advocacy and Engagement Plan.
- Manage local advocacy and engagement activities and provide Publics Regional Advocacy Reports.
- Manage internal communication and engagement execution, provide insights, and support regional projects and initiatives.
- Manage company responses to external stakeholders during crises, review crisis monitoring, and provide reports to the Head of Public Affairs.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree, preferably from Law, Public Policy, Public Relation & Communication major
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience in Public Affairs, Policy Advocacy, Government Relation, and Strategic Communication (FMCG Company background is preferable)
- Proven success on involvement in advocacy, National and Local Government engagement, Internal & External Communications including Crisis Management
- In depth knowledge and understanding of the government policy, regulatory assessment, negotiation & compliance.
- Experience in working and engaging with policymakers, civil society, NGO and other stakeholders Language Capability & expert level
- Have a good communication skill both verbal and written in English
