About your new role…

As our National EQS Account Manager,you will play a crucial role ensuring that revenue is always maximised for each project by selling the benefits of CCEP equipment as the market leader.

This role is within our Equipment Service Team (EQS), a dynamic environment responsible for the installation and servicing of CCEP’s equipment for our valued customers. This includes but is not limited to, Installation, Servicing, QA, and Preventative Maintenance of CCEP wide range of equipment.

An excellent communicator with influential skills, you will be required to drive growth through revenue creation, support key customer groups and manage the National Customers from an EQS perspective. You will also be taking the lead in managing the installation of equipment, customer equipment strategy, marketing and sales equipment aligned strategies and all escalations and requests from Sales and the customer groups.

You will also be required to support / project manage National accounts as they become CCEP customers via state installation leads plus oversee the procurement of equipment, site surveys and all interactions with Sales teams to manage and maintain contracts, revenue customer interactions.

A typical day in your role would look like (but not be limited to):

  • Responsibility for managing equipment forecasting/purchasing in line with both customer and CCEP expectations
  • Provide in depth quotations to the customer & manage all customer PO’s
  • Create weekly meeting routines with state coordinators, sales contacts and customer HO stake holders to ensure each installation goes to plan and service jobs are completed
  • Manage any large-scale customer roll-outs in conjunction with the sales team and EQS Planning teams to ensure equipment is ready and available. This will include coordination with state EQS workshop and field teams.

This role will also offer flexibility with start/finish times, and hybrid working. Please note: There may also be a small amount of domestic travel involved.

  • Planning and organising – You are well prepared and across all facets of each project including capital forecasting, stock movement, execution
  • Possess attention to detail with quoting jobs based on floorplans and CCEP surveys conducted in store
  • Have strong relationship building skills with key stake holders (internal CCEP, Field Service teams, FSM’s, Business Chiefs, Foreman, Project Managers,) must be a diverse individual.
  • Possesses the ability to Collaborate at all levels
  • Are both technically and sales-oriented minded
  • Have excellent communication skills both written and verbal across all communication methods
  • You are confident in dealing with senior stake holders such as customer CEO’s
  • Demonstrated track record of problem-solving skills or “Breakthrough thinking”
  • Can work autonomously
  • Have a proven track record in Project deliver
