12 month FTC

Shift Based – 4 on 4 off, Days based – 40 hours per week

What you become part of:

Our Nottingham Customer Logistics team are responsible for order taking, delivery and building strong collaborative supply chain relationships with our customers including grocery retailers, wholesalers, retails outlets and brewers in Great Britain.  Every order that CCEP has is handled by the Customer Logistics team in Nottingham.

There are several pillars in Customer Logistics – Customer Service, Transport, Allocation, SKU –who all work in partnership to drive service and supply chain efficiencies for our business and our customers.  Teamwork and the ability to work shoulder to shoulder with others, giving constructive and appreciative feedback is vital to satisfy customer demand.

What to expect:

As part of the Transport & CS team at Customer Logistics, you will be responsible for improving efficiencies through the development of both Process and System enhancements. You will be the team Subject Matter Expert so will be on hand to support the Operational team when needed whilst finding opportunities to unlock projects that will save costs and improve CCEP’s Customer Experience offering.


Main responsibilities include:

  • Developing an inclusive culture for all. 
  • Transport Operational Lead.
  • Customer Service Operational Lead.
  • Bringing Training and Development to life in an operationally led environment.
  • Delivering a robust resource plan.
  • Seasonal planning lead.
  • Disaster Recovery Planning lead.
  • Establishing a strong relationship and communication plan with key stakeholders.
  • Being the voice of CCEP’s contracted carriers with internal departments whilst delivering the right plan for our Customers.

Skills & Essentials:

  • Energetic, resilient and action focused individual
  • Comfortable communicating to internal customers and external suppliers.
  • Supply Chain knowledge is preferred
