The role:
The Red Excellence Coordinator supports all Sales force effectiveness programs, including but not limited to RED process Implementation, analysis, reporting and engagements to achieve execution excellence standards.
Our desired candidate:
A well-presented, highly personable, and efficient candidate who can work independently in a challenging environment. The ideal candidate must meet the following minimum requirements:
- Degree in business, finance or equivalent experience.
- 2-3 years analytical and data analysis experience, using various tools.
- 2-3 years FMCG experience preferably in sales and or marketing.
- Sales calls and sales process steps.
- Reporting writing, telling a story from data.
- Sales optimisation tools
- Familiar with reporting and analysis tools
- Power BI, Microsoft Excel advanced
- Microsoft Office suite including PowerPoint and Teams.
