About your new role…

We have a fabulous opportunity to join our Maintenance team as their Site Services Manager. This role is a key driver for identifying and delivering Asset Care focused change initiatives and solutions and is responsible for delivering sustainable improvements that ensure Supply Chain objectives are achieved.

A particular of this role is to optimise the Maintenance programs across our network of key Assets i.e. Boilers steam and hot water, air compressors trade water and water treatment, to ensure that the immediate and future needs and objectives of the CCEP Supply Chain are met/exceeded regarding safety, cost, quality, environment, and service levels through excellence in Asset Care.  

What will you be doing?

  • Maintain high standards in relation to Safe Work Practices including use of Work Permits, SWMS, and adherence to Contractor Safety & Wellbeing Management
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, engagement, and awareness of the CCEP Australia Way for Asset Care
  • Facilitate the development of Asset Care Best Practices through the engagement of Maintenance Teams via Leaders forums and targeted reliability programs
  • Provide technical and analytical support to the maintenance teams through coaching, mentoring, problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure timely and accurate collection of data through the utilisation of Information Management Systems such as Maximo, SharePoint, and shared drives.
  • Developing value-adding partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders and peers, to ensure effective collaboration and communications.

Let’s talk about you!

  • 5 years + working with steam boilers / hot water boilers /compressed air systems
  • Previous experience in Beverage or FMCG Supply Chain
  • Degree in Engineering preferably mechanical or chemical or mechanical trades certificate
  • Water treatment maintenance and operation experience.
  • Uses fact-based analysis or benchmarking to establish new ways of doing things that have delivered a higher level of performance beyond expectations
  • High level process improvement skills with analytical ability and strategic problem-solving skills (root cause analysis, process improvements & corrective actions)
