The Opportunity

Join our CCEP team as a Team Manager - Production on a Full-time, permanent basis at our Richlands manufacturing facility, where we produce some of Australia's favourite beverages.

Leading a team across a 12-hour rotating roster (24/5 and 24/7 operations), you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. With the support of a strong leadership team, you'll drive safety, quality, productivity, and performance while building a highly engaged and capable workforce.

About The Role

As a Production Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing production team to safely deliver operational excellence. You will play a key role in achieving production targets, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring the efficient use of people, equipment, and resources.

  • Lead, coach, and develop production teams to build capability, engagement, and high performance.
  • Deliver production plans and operational KPIs while optimising efficiency, productivity, and resource utilisation.
  • Foster a strong safety-first culture and ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and company standards.
  • Lead change management initiatives, supporting the successful implementation of new processes, systems, and operational improvements while ensuring team engagement and adoption.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and drive business outcomes.
  • Proactively troubleshoot and resolve operational issues to minimise downtime and maintain production flow.
  • Coordinate production schedules and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Drive accountability and promote a culture of teamwork, excellence, and continuous learning.
  • Monitor performance metrics, analyse trends, and implement solutions to improve productivity, quality, and service delivery.

About You

  • Proven leadership experience within manufacturing, production, or FMCG environments.
  • Strong people leadership skills, with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams.
  • A safety-first mindset, with a demonstrated track record of driving compliance, safety culture, and operational excellence.
  • Highly analytical with strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to leverage data to inform decision-making.
  • Results-driven, with experience delivering against KPIs and managing multiple operational priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about fostering team engagement, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across all levels of the business.
  • Committed to identifying opportunities to improve productivity, efficiency, and business performance.
  • Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to lead teams through change and deliver positive outcomes.
