About your new role…

Our Richlands facility is busy producing our delicious products and we have a new opportunity to join our team as our Team ManagerProduction to oversee our specialist Syrup Room teams. This is a fixed term 12 month contract. We have two shifts currently consisting of 12 hours, (6am-6pm and 6pm-6am) and you’ll need to be there to support changeover. With full support of your management team, your role will be responsible for driving and supporting the delivery of the specified KPI for the syrup room team. 

If you enjoy nurturing and developing a team, you will flourish in this role and the results will speak for themselves. By you leading the performance of your team to maintain manufacturing output to meet demands we will achieve highest quality and efficiency outcomes to deliver our product at the optimal cost.

Want to know a little more about the role and who we are looking for?

·You will need to have a deep understanding of syrup processes and have experience with quality control.

·Experience using SAP.

·Regulatory Compliance.

·Experience team leader who nurtures and inspires.

·Sound decision making under pressure.

·Ability to plan and organise production schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks.

·Understanding of different beverage types and production processes and packaging.

·Proficiency in implementing and maintaining quality control systems ensuring product consistency and safety.

·Familiarity with manufacturing equipment and troubleshooting and maintaining its efficiency.

·Knowledge in food safety regulations, labelling requirements and other relevant industry standards.

-Experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment preferred but not essential.

-A passion for driving value and productivity through a continuous improvement mindset.

-Experience with managing relationships and building partnerships with key stakeholders, both internal and external

-An understanding for leading a team to maximum effect to ensure high people engagement and business outcomes.
