The Opportunity

  • Location: Richlands
  • Shift work: Rotating 24/7, 12hr shifts (day and night)
  • Role: Production Team Member (machine operator, syrup room operator or forklift driver)

What an exciting time to join our bustling Richlands Manufacturing site, where CCEP have invested $100 million dollars to grow our production capability. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Operate and monitor high speed machinery: Set up, start, operate, and monitor beverage production machinery to ensure efficient and continuous production in accordance with safety and quality standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance: Conduct basic maintenance, cleaning, and adjustments on machines to minimise downtime and maintain optimal performance.
  • Quality control checks: Inspect products for consistency, labelling, and packaging accuracy; report or correct any deviations to ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards.
  • Record production data: Accurately log production metrics, machine performance, and any incidents or issues during shifts for traceability and process improvement.
  • Follow Safety and Hygiene Protocols: Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe manufacturing environment.

We are looking for the following skills, attributes and experience:

  • Safety First Mindset, a disciplined attitude to work safely in your work environment
  • A proactive mindset that will see you keep on top of the tasks on your shift
  • Computer literate with good verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn
  • Previous manufacturing production experience highly regarded but not required
  • Australian work rights – permanent resident or Australian citizen
