About the role
As our Associate Director Strategy & Revenue Growth Management, you will play a pivotal role within the Leadership Team Netherlands (LTN) and actively shape the future of CCEP. Not only are you the expert on your domain but you also have a vision on topics outside your scope. You and your team set the long-term strategic direction and accelerate commercial performance by translating complex market dynamics into clear revenue growth choices across pricing, mix, and execution. You set the goals and targets and make sure we stay on track.
An overview of your core responsibilities:
- You take care of the Long‑range (LRP) and annual business planning (ABP) in close collaboration with the Coca-Cola Company (KO)
- You shape the strategy and vision for the 5 pillars within RGM: Price, Promo, Pack mix, Investments & Assortment
- You ensure the correct implementation of the strategy both within the organization and with clients and ensure proper follow-up where needed
- As member of the Leadership Team Netherlands (LTN), you are a key contributor to our organization and are able to take on multiple perspectives. You are an example and inspiration for all our colleagues and lead by example.
Your Impact
In this role, you are the go-to person in understanding the key drivers behind Dutch market and business performance. You identify commercial risks and opportunities and translate both ‘outside‑in’ market dynamics and ‘inside‑out’ business intelligence into clear strategic direction. Your ability to uncover root causes behind KPIs will be essential in shaping decisions that drive sustainable growth.
You will collaborate closely with commercial teams, finance, supply chain, and local KO partners to elevate business performance. Furthermore, as part of the Leadership Team Netherlands, your vision and input on the direction of the company is expected on various topics.

We are looking for a leader with a clear strategic vision. Someone who combines commercial sharpness with a collaborative leadership style. An expert who is energized by consumer behavior, retail trends and data and who can translate these insights into clear strategic direction.
You bring:
- 8–10 years of relevant professional experience in senior strategic and/or commercial roles with clear accountability for business performance, growth decisions and long‑term value creation
- Strong strategic judgment: you know when to step back and connect the dots and when to challenge assumptions, data and decisions to drive better outcomes
- A proven ability to create stability and focus in complex, fast‑moving environments by setting clear priorities, establishing structure and guiding teams through change
- Inspirational leadership: you energize and develop high‑performing teams, role‑model strong leadership behaviors and create an environment of ownership, collaboration and continuous improvement
- Extensive experience managing senior stakeholders and working across multiple functions, enabling and facilitating strategy development and execution within a complex, international organization
- A strong analytical and numerical mindset with the ability to perform root‑cause analysis, understand commercial drivers, and translate insights into clear implications and actions for revenue growth, pricing, portfolio and profitability
- A creative and forward‑looking mindset, continuously exploring new ways for CCEP to stay ahead of the market through innovation in growth strategies, commercial models and ways of working
