Prof, Commercial Reporting & Analysis

Job Purpose 

Responsible for the execution of tasks in the Commercial Reporting & Analysis Services team, creating and monitoring analytics to support commercial teams and improve performances.

Key Responsibilities 

Voice of Customer

•    Set up VoC (Voice of Customer) surveys, defining contents and structure (includes creation of local surveys and/or customization of global ones), identify target customer and evaluate local incentives together with legal dept.

•    Translate VoC surveys and set e-mail campaigns

•    Execute or support VoC data collection from customers or third-party stakeholders (e.g., suppliers and distributors) at different levels

•    Manage external provider relationship when involved in Voice of Customer process, and perform cross-provider analysis, consolidating data coming from different sources and creating insights

Salesforce Effectiveness

•    Monitor field sales performance on defined commercial metrics and monitor commercial role routines 

•    Perform salesforce analytics and support in identifying gaps and remediation actions

Commercial Reporting

•    Produce standardized reports (e.g., day-to-day reporting, periodical reporting, compliance reporting), manage future updates needed and take care of report distribution and access (e.g., to new joiners)

•    Manage complex data sets and produce complex, in-depth reports to create insights and actions, including report customization for individuals, ), also managing future updates needed and take care of report distribution and access (e.g., to new joiners)

Commercial Analytics

•    Coordination and set up of advanced analytics projects, including central tools localisation

Experience required 

Experience of training new processes or skills

Language Capability & expert level

English – proficient

Swedish is considered a plus
