Sr Mgr, CS&SC Transformation Management Office (TMO)

Job Purpose:
To lead the planning, execution, and delivery of central transformation programs within Customer Service & Supply Chain, ensuring alignment with CS&SC PMO governance frameworks. This role is critical to maintaining delivery momentum as new programs launch and external consultant support winds down.
Key Responsibilities
1. A Manage end-to-end delivery of transformation projects, from initiation to closure.
2. Ensure projects adhere to CSSC PMO governance, tools, and reporting standards.
3. Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage dependencies across business units.
4. Track milestones, risks, budgets, and benefits realization.
5. Act as the operational drumbeat for transformation delivery.
6. Prepare and present project updates to senior stakeholders.
7. Support onboarding of future project managers as/when program volume increases.
Key Stakeholders (internal and external)
Internal: BTO, CS&SC Centers of Excellence (CoEs), D&A, CS&SC Finance, P&C, BPT, E&T, DT&P, PACS, QSE, Business Units from Europe and APS.
External: External Consultants, European Works Council.
Experience preferred
- CS&SC functions, Strategy & Transformation, Data & Analytics and/or Finance.
Qualifications required
1. Superior writing, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills in English.
2. Relevant professional experience in one of the following areas: Project management, Transformation, Strategy, CS&SC functions (e.g, Manufacturing, Logistics, Sustainability, OE, Commercialisation, Engineering), Business, Finance.
3. MBA/Master/Degree/Professional Qualification (e.g., CFA, CIMA, ACCA, IIA) in one of the following areas is an advantage: Business, Economics, Finance, or Engineering, Sciences.
