Shift Pattern: Monday–Thursday 7:30am–4:00pm, Friday 7:30am–4:30pm

About the Equipment Services Team (EQS)
The EQS Operations team is a dynamic environment responsible for the warehousing, set-up, and delivery of CCEP’s equipment for our valued customers. This includes inventory management, equipment installation, and ensuring our wide range of beverage dispensing equipment is maintained to the highest standards.
About the Role
As a Field Service Technician, you’ll be the hero behind the scenes, keeping our customers’ beverage equipment running smoothly. You’ll respond to breakdowns, perform repairs, and carry out preventative maintenance on a variety of equipment including:
- Glass Door Merchandisers
- Air Curtain Coolers
- Fountain dispensing equipment
- Vending machines
- Frozen beverage equipment
- Coffee machines
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, solving problems on the go, and delivering exceptional service to customers. Every day will bring variety and the satisfaction of knowing you’re supporting some of the world’s most iconic brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in Toolbox Talks and safety audits
- Close out incidents, hazards, and tasks promptly
- Service and maintain equipment to the highest standards
- Complete refurbishments efficiently using appropriate parts
- Manage inventory, stocktakes, and cycle counts
- Follow standard work procedures and accurately record time using IT systems
- Engage in continuous improvement projects and technical training
About You
We’re looking for someone who brings:
- Electrical or Refrigeration trade qualifications
- Current & valid CPR certificate
- Strong relationship management and collaboration skills
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Proficiency in systems (SAP, MyApps, OSP, Microsoft Suite)
- Knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety
