BUSINESS PROCESS TECHNOLOGY TEAM
The Group Business Process & Technology (BPT) is responsible for shaping, safeguarding, and servicing the Group BPT strategy across Coca-Cola Europacific Partners.
The role of the Group Business Process & Technology (BPT) function is to:
1) Drive the implementation of the Group-wide Coca-Cola Europacific Partners strategy and IT portfolio
2) Protect the Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Group from threats and risks by maintaining effective controls
3) Drive synergies of skill and scale to leverage and share best practice across the Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Group
4) Drive synergies in functionally and share software solutions across the Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Group
YOUR TEAM
The Solution Delivery team is responsible for driving the successful delivery of technology initiatives by translating business needs into solutions, ensuring alignment with strategic roadmaps, and enabling seamless implementation across the organization. The team focuses on effective planning, execution, and governance to deliver valuable outcomes that enhance business capabilities.
YOUR ROLE
As Delivery Owner Manager, you are responsible for leading the delivery of complex, high-impact projects and solutions within the BPT Solution Delivery function. You play a critical role in aligning business requirements with technology outcomes, managing product backlogs, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with CCEP’s strategic objectives. You act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders, delivery teams, and external partners, driving innovation, efficiency, and value creation through solution delivery.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Lead delivery of multiple BPT projects across international environments
- Manage scope, cost, quality, risk, change, and communication
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Collaborate with business product owners, business partners, architects, and support teams
- Shape requirements and define solutions
- Manage and negotiate business priorities across the portfolio
- Prioritize and manage product backlogs
- Drive feature delivery and enhancements
- Align delivery planning with evolving business needs
- Lead delivery teams across multiple projects
- Manage resource allocation and capacity planning
- Oversee supplier engagement and delivery performance
- Drive Proofs of Concept (POCs) and pilots
- Promote adoption of tools, frameworks, and delivery methodologie
CAREER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Education Background:
- A relevant bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance or Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent degree
- Languages: Fluent in English; Spanish, French and German beneficial
Professional Experience:
- A minimum of 7-10 years cross-sector/industry experience in a corporate or consultancy environment of SAP Finance / procurement.
- Deep knowledge of the/an IT area, priorities, technology life cycle, change and transformation
- Proven track record of managing end to end change/project communication projects and counsel to leaders and project teams
- Demonstrable strategic planning and requirement engineering experience
- Broad understanding of business processes and their relationship with the applicable applications.
- Ability to work with external partners and companies
- Great communication and collaboration skills
Qualifications / Certifications:
- SAP FICO finance configuration
- Experience of testing tools, e.g. (Jira, Confluence, Solman).
- Good at using project management tools e.g. MS Project
- A good awareness of best practice and current state-of-the-art technologies in BPT area
- Experience on other IT related areas (iOS, ServiceNow, Office365) is added value
- Experience of both waterfall and agile implementation methodologies
- Use of technologies such as MS project, MS365, and ServiceNow.
Behavioral Competencies:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be able to develop clear and compelling communications
- The ability to translate complex communication needs into clear and robust plans for delivery.
- Proven expertise in working with global and cross functional teams in an enterprise structure.
- Critical thinking, influence and guide key stakeholders (including senior leaders)
- Understanding of security aspects, able to collaborate with the security teams effectively.
- Ability to lead external delivery partners.
