Equipment Services Scheduler – North Island

Our Equipment Services team ensures our customers have the right equipment, in the right place, at the right time. We're looking for an organised and proactive Equipment Services Scheduler to support our National Operations Manager and Head Office team while delivering outstanding service to our field sales teams across the North Island.

Your Impact

You'll coordinate the movement and scheduling of equipment across the North Island by managing the planning board, scheduling deliveries and collections, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders.

Working closely with Sales, Regional Managers, workshop teams and freight providers, you'll ensure equipment is available to meet customer demand while balancing priorities and providing exceptional service.

You'll also support with travel coordination, invoice processing, reporting, administrative tasks,  national projects and continuous improvement initiatives.

This is a fast-paced, varied role where no two days are the same. If you're highly organised, enjoy coordinating logistics, and thrive in a collaborative environment, you'll make a real impact as part of our high-performing national team 

About You

You're highly organised, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly. You take a methodical approach to your work and enjoy coordinating multiple tasks while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

You'll have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer service. Confident working across a range of teams, you're proactive, adaptable, and always willing to go the extra mile to achieve the best outcome for your customers and colleagues.

What You'll Bring

  • Experience using SAP and CRM systems, ideally within an FMCG or similarly fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A positive, approachable personality with a genuine can-do attitude.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a customer-first mindset.
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys building relationships across the business.
  • A proactive, adaptable approach with the confidence to take initiative and solve problems.
