We’re looking for an Executive Officer to support our VP Commercial, API & Managing Director, Pacific. This is a pivotal role where you’ll provide exceptional executive support while helping drive business priorities across the API region. If you’re highly organised, proactive, commercially savvy, and thrive in a role where priorities shift and adapt, this is an opportunity to make a real impact while working alongside senior leaders.
What you’ll do:
Supporting the VP Commercial and Managing Director Pacific, you’ll play a critical role in enabling leadership effectiveness and day-to-day business delivery. You’ll be involved in key initiatives, building high-quality presentations, and supporting leadership with data-driven insights and operational priorities.
You’ll work across multiple priorities, from managing complex travel and schedules, through to pulling together clear, polished materials that support decision-making.
About You:
You may come from an Executive Assistant, Coordinator, or early-career Project or Business Support background and are looking to step into a broader, higher-impact role working closely with senior leaders.
Key skills include:
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders
- Advanced PowerPoint skills (creating polished, executive-level presentations)
- Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP or VLOOKUP etc.)
- Comfortable working with data and ambiguity
- Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused mindset
