Join the team that keeps the fizz flowing! At CCEP, we make some of Aotearoa’s most loved drinks – like Coca-Cola, L&P, and Powerade. Our Mt Wellington production team is the engine room behind it all, and right now we’ve got 7 roles up for grabs in our Syrup Room and across our Bottling Lines.

Your Impact
As a Manufacturing Operator, you’ll help make sure everything runs smoothly on the line – from mixing our iconic recipes to making sure bottles are packed perfectly. You'll be:
- Running machinery safely and efficiently
- Mixing up syrup batches or keeping packing equipment humming
- Doing quality checks and keeping an eye on waste
- Recording info accurately
- Teaming up with others to improve how we do things
Shifts run on a set pattern(2x2x3, 3+1, 5x9), but flexibility is important – especially when it gets busy.
Day Shift Hours:
- 2,2,3 Roster:
6:00am – 6:00pm (12-hour shifts, rotating pattern) - 3+1 Roster:
Mon–Wed: 6:00am – 6:00pm
Thurs: 6:00am – 3:00pm - 5x9 Roster:
Monday to Friday: 6:00am – 3:30pm
About You
We’re after people who are:
- Reliable, punctual, and up for learning
- Hands on and ready to get stuck in
- Good with numbers and detail
- Strong team players and communicators
- Ideally have experience in manufacturing or food/beverage production (bonus if you’ve worked with machinery or batching systems before)
- Safety-conscious and understand food quality and hygiene standards
- Any leadership experience? Even better – we’d love to hear about it
