The Role
At Coca-Cola Europacific Partners, we’re passionate about keeping ice-cold beverages flowing across Aotearoa, and our exceptional Warehouse team makes it all happen. We’re excited to invite a dedicated and enthusiastic Team Member to join our South Island Distribution Centre. You’ll be part of our Midshift team, working:
- Shift Hours: Afternoon shift | 1pm to 10pm, Monday to Friday
Your Impact
We’re looking for someone who excels in clear communication and has a keen eye for detail. If you’re someone who:
- Holds a current Fork Hoist license and Reach Truck certification (3 years’ experience preferred)
- Is familiar with Voice Picking (preferred)
- Is proficient with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and RF Technology
- Is passionate about continuous improvement

What Do I Need?
To be successful you will ideally have 3 years’ experience in warehousing and operating MHE. The role is primarily MHE focussed and includes tasks such as loading trucks, replenishing stock, unloading containers, picking full pallets from Satellite racking and correct staging of products for different carriers. During off-peak you may also be required to assist in column case picking for our Red Truck fleet.
You'll have good communication skills; capable numerical and written skills; and have a continuous improvement focus. Most importantly you must have a commitment to a Zero Harm safety culture, be aligned to our company values - Take the Lead, Stand Together and Keep it Real.
