The Business Process and Technology (BPT) Delivery Owner for the Solutions Delivery team is accountable for the successful delivery of projects with the Solution delivery area. The delivery owner should lead the project team to understand the project requirements and support the team in delivering the project using CCEP BPT best practices and policies whilst maintaining a high level of quality. The delivery owner will be delivery orientated with a good understanding and experience in project management with the ability to be collaborative, prioritize tasks and engage with other project teams, stakeholders and leaders. 
The delivery owner may be required to managing multiple projects simultaneously as well as have the ability to partner with a number of client groups.

Main Responsibilities

  • Leading delivery and ownership of BPT projects in an international environment for the CCEP business
  • Work closely with key and senior stakeholders, architecture team, support team, and business organizations, to define, develop, shape and refine requirements of complex solutions
  • Lead a team of internal or external resources to enable the delivery of projects and initiatives
  • Deliver new product features and functionalities across the organization and in partnership with Business Partners, solution delivery teams and System Integrators.
  • Consult with the business, business product owners and business partners to identify challenges or opportunities to improve business capabilities.
  • Assist and support external Project Managers with the CCEP way of working
  • Manages and prioritizes product backlog or requirements, ensures transparency and incorporates changing needs and feedback
  • Regularly connects and negotiates with the business partner and business to check on potential shifts of business priorities
  • Responsible for the valuable, timely and successful delivery of the projects
  • Work with existing and new suppliers to define future implementations aligned with CCEP roadmaps
  • Initiate and evaluate POCs and Pilots for new BPT technologies
  • Leverage BPT tools and methods to ensure performance of delivery
  • Analysis, planning, execution and closure of projects, including effort estimations, cost calculations and active management of scope, cost, change, risk, quality and communication
  • Assist with Level 3 support of the applications within this solutions tower

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Finance or computer science, Information Technology or equivalent degree
  • Fluent in English 
  • A minimum of 5 years cross-sector/industry experience in a corporate or consultancy environment of SAP Finance / procurement (SAP FICO)
  • Deep knowledge of the/an IT area, priorities, technology life cycle, change and transformation
  • Proven track record of managing end to end change/project communication projects and counsel to leaders and project teams
  • Demonstrable strategic planning and requirement engineering experience
  • Broad understanding of business processes and their relationship with the applicable applications
  • Experience in using testing tools, e.g. (Jira, Confluence, Solman).
