Grinders Sales Support Coordinator

The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Sales Support Coordinator – RED & At Home to join the Grinders Coffee team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This role plays a critical part in supporting the execution of Grinders' national business strategy by ensuring field sales teams have the tools, communications and resources they need to deliver outstanding execution across our At Home and Away From Home channels.

Working closely with the National Operations Manager, Marketing, National Field Sales and At Home teams, you will coordinate sales enablement activities, support the delivery of RED (Right Execution Daily) initiatives, manage communications and reporting, and help translate business strategy into seamless execution across the national field team.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning and execution of RED (Right Execution Daily) activities, ensuring field teams are equipped with clear communications, tools and execution plans.

• Develop and distribute monthly field communications, sales bulletins, promotional calendars and activity planners to support national business priorities.

• Support At Home execution through promotional planning, catalogue reviews, competitor pricing analysis and in-store activation coordination.

• Create reporting, insights and analysis to monitor execution performance, promotional compliance and field activity outcomes.

• Manage sales enablement platforms including SharePoint, SaM Core tasks and field communications to support consistent execution across the business.

• Coordinate promotional programs, sampling activities, campaign support and equipment initiatives across multiple channels.

• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Operations and Shared Services teams to ensure seamless execution of customer and channel plans.

• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive alignment and execution excellence.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, simplify ways of working and enhance the effectiveness of field execution.

About You

You are a highly organised and proactive coordinator who enjoys bringing structure to complex activities and enabling sales teams to perform at their best. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working across multiple stakeholders and take pride in delivering high-quality execution.

In addition, you will have:

• Previous experience in sales support, commercial operations, sales enablement, field sales support, trade marketing or a similar coordination role within FMCG or a fast-paced commercial environment.

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across Sales, Marketing and Operations teams.

• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse reporting, identify trends and provide meaningful business insights.

• Experience supporting promotional planning, sales communications, reporting or execution activities.

• Confidence working across Microsoft Office and business systems, with strong Excel skills and experience using reporting or planning tools.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.

• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Agility and resilience, with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
