The role:

Reporting to the Head of Business Process & Technology in this role, the successful incumbent BPT Business Partner serves as the face of Business Process & Technology (BPT) in each of the business function in CCEP PNG. The incumbent’s role is to engage with the business and take on the accountability for delivering all BPT services by being the conduit between the business and BPT on all business process and technology matters.

A well-presented, highly personable, and efficient candidate who can work independently in a challenging environment. The ideal candidate must meet the following minimum requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree or Information Technology/ Computer Science from a recognized institution.
• 5+ years of experience in Information Technology / Project Delivery.
• Good commercial/ business acumen and understanding of how technology enabled process change improves business performance.
• Strong relationship management, collaboration, communication & influencing skills; able to work effectively in a matrixed environment.
• Strong customer and result orientation – straightforward, no politics
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Good commercial/business acumen and understanding of how technology enabled process change improves business performance.
• An understanding of each of business functions under Corporate BU and their business processes.
• Strong relationship management, collaboration, communication & influencing skills; able to work effectively in a matrixed environment.
• Understanding of a project lifecycle.
• Influencing and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge about IT trends, as well as technologies used across all Business Functions today (e.g., MSD)
