The role:

The Maintenance & Engineering Planner is responsible for asset and spares management, preventative maintenance planning and machine history data. They are the site lead for the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software and are required to extract information from it to support the site engineering manage.

A well-presented, highly personable, and efficient candidate who can work independently in a challenging environment. The ideal candidate must meet the following minimum requirements: 

• Bachelor of Engineering graduate (Electronics and Instrumentation/ Mechanical/ Electrical ) or BS Instrumentation and Control Engineering.
• Experience 4-5 years’ experience of which 2 years in a senior position and 2 in soft drink industry and preferred with TPM experience.
• Computer literate (MS word, Excel, Power point, M/S project, other related software)
• Strong leader ship personality, team playing and ability to encourage people achieve tasks
• Well organized with good communication skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Proven supervisory experience and management potential.
• Excellent English. Good planning skills.
• Strong knowledge and understanding of CCA PNG’s core business and business process.
• Strong communication skills and an awareness of operating in a multicultural, multinational work environment.

• Self-Initiative.
• Technical hands on experience.
• Capable to use assembly drawings, P&ID’s and manuals to tune equipment for operation.
• Capable to use electrical Hardware & logic PLC principles to solve equipment problems.

• Pro-active with a win-win attitude.
