About your new role…

Our Moorabbin facility is busy producing our delicious products and we have a new opportunity to join our team as our Production Team Manager to oversee our teams on Night Shift (currently 12-hour shifts). With full support of your management team, your role will be responsible for driving and supporting the delivery of the specified KPI for your allocated lines.

If you enjoy nurturing and developing a team, you will flourish in this role and the results will speak for themselves. By you leading the performance of your team to maintain manufacturing output to meet demands we will achieve highest quality and efficiency outcomes to deliver our product at the optimal cost.

There’s also interaction with our broader team as you support the continuous improvement of processes, productivity, and efficiency across the production lines and ensure compliance with CCEP, legislative and TCCC environmental and safety legislation and standards.

Operational and Leadership Responsibilities

  • Sets the benchmark for role modelling health and safety behaviour with your team, ensuring adherence to all relevant legislation and CCEP safety policies and procedures.
  • Deliver right first-time quality outcomes consistent with the expectations of the relevant legislation, CCEP policy and The Coca-Cola Company
  • Drive a culture of sustainability that complies with all the relevant legislation and ensures CCEP is considered a leader in environmental outcomes.
  • Effective and considered labour management, aligned to meet performance, capability, and cost outcomes.
  • Continually develop your team to drive performance and engagement.
  • Responsible for line performance KPIs.
  • Best in Class Lean Principles applied, completing and following Leader Standard Work and use of problem solving on Situational and Systemic issues to drive continuous improvement.

Let’s talk about you…

  • A passion for leadership of a diverse team with a focus on team and personal development
  • Experience in an FMCG manufacturing environment preferred but not essential.
  • A passion for driving value and productivity through a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Experience with managing relationships and building partnerships with key stakeholders, both internal and external
  • An understanding for leading a team to maximum effect to ensure high people engagement and business outcomes.
