About Your New Role
An exciting opportunity has become available in our Equipment Service Team for a motivated and enthusiastic Regional Field Service Technician. Reporting to the Regional North Field Service Manager, your role is to respond to, and repair breakdowns of our beverage equipment (Hot and Cold) that are located in our customer sites. This may include Glass Door Coolers, Air Curtain Coolers, Fountain (post mix) dispensing equipment, vending machines, frozen beverage equipment and various coffee machines.
- Amount of travel – number of nights/weeks per year the possibility of up to 3 weeks of away work.
- Region Newcastle based, but could be required to work in the Central Coast, Port Macquarie area and Hunter Valley (Morrissett to Scone to Bulahdelah
- Office location – Newcastle
What you will be doing
- Providing both quality customer and timely and accurate equipment service.
- Adhering to standard processes and accurate data entry
- Actively participate in maintaining and developing technical skills
- Keeping yourself, your colleagues, our customers and our consumers safe at all times
- Maintaining a quality product through preventative maintenance and quality assurance activities
- Display ownership over allocated projects when/as required
