About your new role…
This is a rare gem of a role that requires an excellent leader with demonstrated ability to collaborate and effectively engage your team and relevant stakeholders.
The Head of Supply Chain Systems is accountable for developing program schedules to support key projects and system improvement initiatives across Supply Chain. These programs will be designed to deliver all works required to achieve approved business cases, milestones and within agreed timelines. As part of the programs of works you will be accountable for leading all stakeholder management, program governance, change management and site operational readiness, weather this be through local stakeholders in country or leveraging CCEP Global network, as CCEP has a central centre of excellence based out of Europe.
This role will leverage the required support from the Supply Chain Operations and Business Process Technology (BPT) teams to assist the coordination of the schedule and smooth implementation of the programs, based on CCEP local and European guidelines.
Technology plays a massive role in how we operate and what processes we utilise in CCEP today and tomorrow. The Head of Supply Chain Systems plays an integral role in this process by managing quality and controlling system governance within the Supply Chain. Additionally, this role ensures that operational supply chain teams have the correct system functionality so day-to-day operations are executed efficiently and effectively
The role requires you to be comfortable working across a matrixed organisation; leveraging your exemplary organisational, planning, communication, time management and people skills to create an event experience for your stakeholders particularly working closely with Logistics and BPT (OT and IT) leads that is both engaging and in line with business needs.
The role requires significant ability to influence others, to coordinate resource efficiently, and manage the logistical requirements of program management from plan through to execution.
With demonstrated ability to work within a budget, you will be responsible for coordinating your team, and contractors as well as support from internal/external stakeholders to deliver all programs of work.
What will you be doing?
- Program Management and Delivery of all major Systems Projects within Supply Chain, such as EWM (SAP Extended Warehouse Management and also S4Hana SAP implementation and roll out).
- The ongoing efficiency and solution fit of the technology and systems that are used by Supply Chain including:
- Systems Strategy and Design
- Systems Standardisation and Continuous Improvement
- Supplier Management
- Capability Management
- Local business point of contact (POC) and coordination to support the Global technology transformation, Profectus (SAP S4 HANA), driven out of Central in Europe, by providing side subject matter expertise regarding the Level 2 processes for the Forecast to Load (FTL) workstream.
- Build, develop and maintain strong relationships and understanding of CCEP customers and work across Supply Chain teams to facilitate the delivery of the best outcome for each team.
- Engage regularly at a senior supply chain level to share knowledge and information, collaborate on initiatives, review plans and performance metrics in support the delivery of key projects.
- Support the broader supply chain team through the provision of excellent customer service with effective communication and proactive escalation on issues.
- Act quickly to resolve issues or problems as they arise, maintaining close coordination and regular communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure requests, updates and expectations are met.
Let’s talk about you!
- Desirable but not essential to have aDegree in Project Management or equivalent and knowledge of CI systems including LEAN and/or Six Sigma
- Minimum of 5 years as a senior Project Manager with a proven track record of successful delivery outcomes.
- Manufacturing, Logistics and warehouse systems knowledge (e.g. SAP, WMS, APO, Microsoft suite).
- Ability to identify and mitigate project risks and opportunities.
- Ability to drive business outcomes across Supply Chain including areas such as Manufacturing and Logistics.
- Ability to influence and be an effective communicator and facilitator.
- Project and change management including Risk Management and Operational Readiness preparation and assessment.
- Project reporting, Committee meeting management and Governance.
