About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to lead reliability engineering strategies across all CCEP AP sites. As the Reliability Engineer Lead, you’ll be the subject matter expert driving equipment performance, reducing downtime, and embedding World Class Maintenance principles.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Standardize and Govern Maintenance Processes – Establish and enforce consistent maintenance standards, SOPs, and audit mechanisms across all sites.
- Build Capability and Embed World Class Maintenance – Deploy WCM principles and lead structured training programs, mentoring, and competency assessments.
- Optimize Data-Driven Decision Making – Enhance use of LineView and Maximo to deliver actionable insights and predictive analytics for proactive maintenance.
- Optimize Spare Parts and Reliability Strategy – Develop risk-based spare parts strategies and integrate Early Equipment Management principles.
- Deliver Action-Oriented Reporting and Insights – Create dashboards and reports that drive corrective actions and proactive decision-making.
About You
You’ll bring:
- 5–10 years’ senior reliability or maintenance leadership experience in FMCG or manufacturing
- Proven experience in Lean principles and TPM
- Strong data analytical and strategic problem-solving skills (RCA, FMECA, corrective actions)
- Experience with Maximo or similar CMMS platforms
- High-level process improvement and stakeholder engagement skills
Desirable:
- Change management and leadership capability
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills
- Ability to consistently deliver results and build cross-functional relationships
- Experience in developing and executing Asset Care strategies aligned with business goals
