The role:
The Trade Marketing Manager is the key connector between Brand and Channel, responsible for translating strategic plans into effective, field-ready retail activations. This role leads to communication and sales tool development for channel-specific teams, ensuring alignment and execution excellence. It owns the marketing activity calendar across channels and manages the full onboarding of New Product Development (NPD), from planning through to launch, equipping the field with everything needed for success. The trade marketing manager also supports Channel teams with comprehensive content, from sell-in decks to POS and promotional materials, while operating within/supporting the Right Execution Daily (RED) framework and maintaining ROAM content. Additionally, they lead the channel cycle planning process, ensuring a forward-looking 6–12 month view that supports commercial and execution priorities. Trade Marketing Managers will work on either Away From Home or the At Home & Wholesale portfolios

- Tertiary Qualification in marketing, business or similar equivalent experience.
- FMCG Key Account/Category Management experience
- 5 years industry related experience
