The Role : Customer Supply Chain Manager

Planning brings together all the touch points across CCEP from teams who plan manufacturing runs at our sites, to customer supply teams who work with our largecustomers to look for more efficient ways of doing things, to our central demand and supply teams who match ourcustomers’ needs with what we can supply them with.
We are looking for a creative, relationship driven candidate to join us from January 2026 on a 14-month fixed term basis who is not only passionate about planning but customer care! As our Customer Supply Chain Manager, you will be accountable for all elements of Sales & Operations Planning to create synergy and simplify ways of working, in service of improving our customer experience and driving efficiencies.
You will also be a part in the success of the development, implementation and tracking of customer supply chain initiatives across our top 25 customers and will work closely with both internal and external stakeholders to drive improvement outcomes and value adding projects that support CCEP in being the number 1 supplier in Australia across Retail, On-The-Go and Licensed channels!
This is a high-profile role which will be supporting our Head Of Customer supply chain in long term strategy development as well as clear reporting that adds insights and value to the total supply chain for our customers leading to improve The Advantage Survey results for CCEP.

Travel to various locations and states is a requirement for this role. Please also note: The first two weeks will require you to be available for travel and be able to work from our Brisbane office for this duration. Travel and accommodation will be covered by the business.
About your new role…
You and your direct report will enable reporting and analytics as well as leave coverage for our VRP role whilst managing clear prioritisation and time management for the team.
You will love building and maintaining supply chain relationships with key customers at senior level to drive high engagement scores and to share knowledge and information.
You also see the importance in collaborating on mutually beneficial initiatives, review performance metrics and plan key events, through regular meeting cadences with our customers.
A typical day would look like, but not be limited to:
- Understanding end to end order to delivery processes for CCEP customers.
- Supporting programs and projects of work within Supply Chain to ensure delivery in full and on-time metrics and clear reporting across the CCEP business (Australia and European requirements).
- Drives improvement in customer non-conformance – managing initiates and projects to meet our customer standards.
- Leads reporting and insight generation for both internal and external market trends to assist in strategy development for the customer supply chain - Anticipating and responding to key marketplace developments, trends, opportunities or threats, and develop collaborative action plans to proactively address key customer initiatives.
- Support CSM’s with strategic direction based off industry insight, data and analysis to facilitate topical agendas within customer collaboration forums.
- Tracking and communicating supply chain performance with customers and internal CCEP teams.
- Standardising communication for any customer insights that may affect order execution and delivery to relevant stakeholders.
- Leading any tender projects for the Customer Supply Chain Team – bringing insight, best practice and clear execution plans.
- Influencing inventory and reporting teams to work in concert to align and simplify daily/weekly/monthly reporting that adds value and drive improvements in service levels.

If you are confident and enjoy inspiring people to be the best that they can be, then this role may be for you! We are looking for an excellent communicator, with exceptional skills in both written and verbal. You also have:
- Extensive and proven years in FMCG / Supply Chain / Operations leadership role, ideally within retail
- Have extensive customer relationship experience.
- Tenacity for identifying opportunities and initiatives and possess strong business and commercial acumen
- Proven ability working collaboratively also being influential and an effective communicator and facilitator.
- Strong understanding of external trends in supply chain management, customer and retail management and sustainability.
- Proven ability to think and plan strategically over a multi-year horizon, providing thought leadership into long-term business planning
- Agile in ways of working and being able to prioritise resources
- Reporting and Insights management
- Applied knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety
- Applied knowledge of COR (Chain of Responsibility
Desirable:
- Degree in Business or Commerce with qualifications in a relevant discipline such as logistics or supply chain management
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies e.g., LEAN and/or Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S.
