Job Purpose

Coca-Cola  Euro  Pacific  Partners  (CCEP)  is  one  of  the  leading  consumer  goods  companies  in  the world. We are now looking for Data and Insights Analyst to join our Supply Chain Reporting Team. The role provides insightful, accurate and timely performance reporting and analysis to stakeholders within  CCEP. The role sits alongside reporting teams for CCEP’s  Business Units and offers an opportunity  to  work  within  a  high-performing  team  focused  on  delivering  timely  and  quality  standard management and operations reporting, ad-hoc analysis and design of new reports. The activities of the Data and Insight Service (DIS) are aimed to support the decision making process of the Supply Chain  Operations, to ultimately accelerate business performance for The  successful  candidate  will  combine  strong  analytical  skills  and  professional  curiosity  with  the  ability  to collaborate effectively and drive efficiency/continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare  creation and generate and data analytics  generate - insights using primarily BI Tools such as Power BI, MS Data Factory, Data Bricks et. and also conventional MS Excel (Power Query), PowerPoint to address stakeholder requests in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Amend existing reports and build new reports through manipulation of data using BI tools, Analysis for Office, MS Excel, or other systems.
  • Support the operations performance management processes 
    • month-end closing, forecast, budget, weekly and daily reporting, Budgeting and Target
  • Setting (where applicable).
  • Prepare ad hoc reports and analysis in response to requests from end-users of DIS solutions.
  • Identify reliable data source for reporting or ad hoc analysis requests
  • Extract, cleanse and validate the necessary data from the relevant systems required for the production of reports.
  • Support projects, reporting applications changes and upgrades.
  • Provide insights and proposals on process and reporting improvement, standardization and simplification within his / her area of expertise.
  • Provide regular feedback on the performance and reliability of Data Lakes/Reporting systems as a basis for ensuring the quality and accuracy of data.
  • Build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to support the execution of reporting activities and help on resolving any reporting and data issues

Requirements

  • 1-3 years’ relevant experience in a dynamic multinational environment like a as  Shared Services Centre
  • Reporting and analysis experience with focus on data
  • Good understanding of the performance management KPI reporting process
  • Understanding of the main processes in a multination organization (experience in financial, sales and distribution, logistics or production process will be considered an advantage)

Qualifications required

  • Degree level education in Business Studies, Data Analytics, Finance or Information Systems

Functional technical skills required

  • MS Office Suite Skills,  with focus on Excel (including pivot tables, charts etc.), PowerPoint -– Advanced
  • BI tools - Power BI, MS Data Factory, Data bricks (will be considered an advantage)
  • ERP experience, preferably SAP – Basic/Intermediate
