Coordinator, Talent Acquisition with German language skills (maternity cover)

Als Talent Acquisition Coordinator (all genders) arbeitest du in einem internationalen Team zusammen mit (Senior) Talent Acquition Professionals für die Business Unit in Deutschland zusammen.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Eigenständige Übernahme der administrativen Tätigkeiten im Rekrutierungsprozess für Fach- und Führungskräfte in enger Zusammenarbeit mit dem TA-Team, um einen effizienten Auswahlprozess sicherzustellen
  • Pre-Screening und Koordination von Auswahlverfahren
  • Gewährleistung von kundenorientiertem und erstklassigem Service nach festgelegten Standards
  • Bestellwesen und Reisekostenbearbeitung

Dein Profil:

  • Fließende Deutschkenntiisse (C1) und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse (B2)
  • Erste berufliche Erfahrungen im Bereich Human Ressouces wünschenswert
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse, insbesondere MS Office und wünschenswert SAP SuccessFactors
  • Starke Serviceorientierung, ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten sowie eine selbstständige und präzise Arbeitsweise

Was du sonst noch wissen solltest: 

Wir wollen die Stelle gerne ab sofort besetzen und sie erfordert eine Reisebereitschaft von ca. 25%, welche im Rahmen von Schulungen und Team-Events in Deutschland und Bulgarien auf dich zukommen werden. Der Dienstsitz kann Varna oder Sofia sein.
