Job Purpose

We are now looking for a Manager to join our Data Insights Services Team. The role provides insightful, accurate and timely operational and performance reporting, and analysis to stakeholders within the Central teams and Business Units. The role offers an opportunity to work within a high-performing team focused on delivering timely and quality standard reporting, ad-hoc analysis and design of new reports. This role will also be responsible for fostering harmonized processes and cross-functional and cross market collaboration, promoting expertise, and identifying opportunities for increasing value delivery within the Data and Insights domain. He / She will play a crucial role in driving collaboration, aligning strategies with central teams, and ensuring the efficient utilisation of data and insights across the organization.
The Data Insights Services Teams' activities are aimed at supporting the decision-making process of the commercial and supply chain business units, to accelerate business performance for CCEP.
The successful candidate will combine strong analytical skills and ability to collaborate effectively and drive efficiency/continuous improvement. Curiosity about data and BI tools is essential, as well as strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Team and Performance management
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts and interns, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and support career development.
• Allocate resources effectively to meet reporting deadlines.
• Manage the different aspect and products being developed from the One Commercial Reporting team to ensure it meets the requirements in terms of quality, content, accuracy and time of delivery. Manage and schedule output in relation to new demand and projects
• Drive the development of new reports by gathering requirements, prioritizing requests, and coordinating with the BI development team.
• Ensure proper validation and testing of new reports before release to stakeholders.
• Data Governance: Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and security of data within the organization. Collaborate with data governance & data ops teams to establish and maintain data quality standards and processes
Stakeholder Communication & Collaboration
• Act as the primary point of contact for reporting-related requests and initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into actionable data solutions.
• Communicate progress, timelines, and outcomes clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Identify Opportunities: Proactively identify opportunities for leveraging data and insights to drive business growth, process improvements, and innovation across various departments. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable insights.
Continuous Improvement & Change Management
• Agile Ambassador: Truly embrace agile ways of working, collaborate with the wider DIS team and embrace a mindset of continuous improvement
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency, usability, and impact of existing reports.
• Manage change requests, ensuring proper documentation, testing, and stakeholder alignment.
• Prepare the team for future technologies, including Databricks, by identifying upskilling opportunities and supporting transition planning.
Key Stakeholders
Internal:
• Supply Chain Operations and Finance teams in CCEP (Strategy and Insights, Operational Excellence, Operations, Finance).
• Central and BU Commercial teams (Strategy and Insights, Commercial Development, Field Sales, Key Accounts Management, Finance, IT, Master Data).
• Other – IT, Master Data, Accounting, Data Lakes/Data Warehouse support teams, Data Architect teams.
Experience preferred
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or reporting roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity
• Proven experience managing teams, including performance management, coaching, and recruitment
• Demonstrated ability to manage reporting operations, develop new reporting solutions, and drive continuous improvement
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations in a dynamic environment
• Solid understanding of data validation, testing methodologies, and change control processes
• Strong understanding of data analysis methodologies, statistical techniques, and data visualization tools
• Understanding of the main processes in a multinational organization (experience in financial or sales and distribution or logistics and production process will be considered an advantage).
Functional technical skills required
• MS Office Suite Skills, especially Excel (including pivot tables, charts etc.) and PowerPoint - Advanced
• Ability to visualize performance/KPIs in an informative way. Experience with BI tools either of Tableau, MS Power BI, MS Azzure Data Factory/Data bricks/DevOps (will be considered an advantage)
• Understanding of information systems & processes. Experience with either of Salesforce (or another CRM tool) , SAP/SAP BW, MS Dynamics, MS Azzure Cloud data base, Oracle (will be considered an advantage)
Qualifications required
Degree level education in Business Studies, Finance, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
