Prof, Commercial Reporting & Analysis (Swedish is a plus)

Job Purpose
Interact with internal customers (mainly commercial organisation) to understand their needs of sales data visualisation, mainly based on Salesforce, POS and re-reported data. The role will harmonise and combine data from multiple sources to design, build, publish, adapt and refresh granular complex dashboards using Alteryx and Power BI according to the customer’s requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Validate and troubleshoot central scorecards (e.g. FSES, FSOS) and central data source (e.g. UDP)
- Create, track, improve and troubleshoot granular local commercial Reports not covered by central reports e.g.:
- FS sales reports based on POS and/or re-reported data
- FS bonus (SIP) reports
- PicOS reports for HOME & AFH
- reports to support our overall ABP targets
- data for MBR, Founders Cup, FBN, CCEP
- Validate central KPI guidelines (e.g. Whitebook)
- Based upon above, analyse, conclude and flag for inconsistencies
- Attend and support GEP Process, Monthly Performance & Gap meetings
- Active support of PICOS backend process & documentation (e.g. PAT file)
- Ad hoc analyses
- Train colleagues in using reports
- Cooperation with Commercial Operation regarding Salesforce, target setting
- Manage access to Power BI dashboards including catman solutions

Language capability
- English in both written and verbal
- Swedish is considered a plus
