Job Purpose

Responsible for the execution of tasks in the Trade and Store Service team, taking care of trade marketing coordination and logistics and providing support for material production, replenishment and delivery in PoS. 

Key Responsibilities

Trade Marketing Coordination and Logistics 

  • Forecast inventory and demand spikes due to trade promotions 
  • Coordinate with local Procurement, Supply Chain & Logistics for effective trade marketing coordination & logistics 
  • Support in the execution of field sales marketing plan 
  • Manage internal / customer requests and support the activation of external agencies for the production of assets for trade price & promotions management; manage trade promotion billing and settlement 

PoS Materials Inventory/Logistics Management 

  • Support in the PoS materials inventory / logistics management by engaging external agencies for materials production / replenishment in PoS, managing trade promotion logistics & delivery, performing service level and inventory stocks monitoring and controlling budget 

Physical and Digital Signage 

  • Support in Perfect Store & Outlet development, by translating central organization guidelines and inputs, managing digital signage (including sharing to FS and KAMs content to be showed to the customers through iPads) and coordinating external agencies to create digital and physical signage (e.g., menu cards, menu deal posters) 

PICOS Management 

  • Create Scorecards in Salesforce / RedOne, used by KAM and Field Sales daily as a guide to ensure that each strategy is followed 
  • Create Planograms and LoS material  
  • Communication of PICOS updates among all roles in the commercial structure and creation of support material to inform and train the sales force on the changes (adoption plan execution)
