Job Purpose  

The resource will manage day-to-day team activities, optimise delivered Service, develop and monitor the execution of plans, analyse performance metrics to generate actionable insights. The role will require a strong country-oriented approach and ability to understand and adapt to country’s needs. 

Key Responsibilities

Interact with in-country stakeholders to support alignment with business objectives 

Supervise and guide the team, organize activities and distribute workload to guarantee service delivery and optimize it 

Set up activity plans and monitor its execution, perform analysis on key metrics to enhance overall productivity of the commercial organization and service line  

Support the operative staff with the effective delivery of service activities: 

  • Trade and Store Services – specifically on Trade Marketing Coordination & Logistics (FS marketing plan execution support, forecast demand spikes) and PoS materials inventory / logistics management (support for material production, replenishment and delivery in PoS) 

  • Commercial Administration Support Services – specifically on Key Account Management Support, Distributor Management Support, Wholesaler management support, Pay for Performance 

  • Field Sales Services - specifically on Incentives Management (calculation of incentives, monitor against targets and send data to payroll) and Field Sales Communication (prepare and manage inbound and outbound FS communication)
