Sr Mgr, Strategic Partners & S&OP (Sofia office)

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Manager, Strategic Partners & S&OP to manage the end-to-end supply chain relationship with key strategic partners while supporting Integrated Planning and S&OP Governance and supply chain performance and risk management within the Planning, Commercialization and Customer Service Operations CCEP organization.
This role will act as the primary interface between CCEP and assigned partners, including Monster and Costa, ensuring strong governance, integrated planning and effective cross-functional collaboration. The role will be also resposnsible for translating business priorities into aligned, feasible and cost-effective plans while proactively managing risks, resolving trade-offs and enabling sustainable growth.
The successful candidate will combine strong supply chain and S&OP expertise with financial acumen, building trusted partnerships and improve service, cost, inventory, capacity and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership Leadership
•    Act as the primary supply chain business contact and governance lead for assigned strategic partners.
•    Build trusted, long-term relationships and establish clear ways of working, decision rights and escalation routes.
•    Translate joint business priorities into actionable supply chain plans, ensuring alignment between CCEP and partner objectives.
•    Support regular executive business reviews, ensuring visibility of performance, risks, opportunities and decisions required.
Co-Packing, Commercial and Financial Management
•    Support contract negotiations in close partnership with Procurement, Finance and Legal.
•    Mange toll fee governance, pricing reviews and new-product costing
•    Ensure that commercial agreements remain aligned with operational requirements and evolving business needs.
Cross-Functional Leadership
•    Orchestrate collaboration across Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Finance, Commercial, R&D and other relevant teams from both parties.
•    Act as the final escalation point for strategic partner disputes, ensuring timely resolution and preservation of long-term business relationships.
Integrated Planning and S&OP Governance
•    Establish and embed standardised S&OP processes, governance models, performance reviews and best practices.
•    Support annual business planning, budgeting and financial forecasting activities.
Supply Chain Performance and Risk Management
•    Drive continuous improvement programs across service, cost, inventory, capacity utilisation, waste and operational reliability.
•    Maintain forward-looking visibility of key supply chain risks and opportunities.
•    Monitor agreed performance indicators and ensure that corrective actions have clear ownership, timing and follow-through.

Global Launch Excellence & Supply Chain Leadership
•    Serve as the primary business contact and governance lead for assigned partners Monster and Costa
•    Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners, facilitating close collaboration Procurement, Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory, Legal, Finance, Commercial, and R&D teams both parties 
•    Support executive S&OP business reviews and performance assessments with external partners ensuring proactive identification, escalation, and resolution of risks, issues, scenarios and key business decisions.
•    Support  toll manufacturing and co-packing agreements, contract negotiations, pricing strategies, new product costing 
•    Establish and deploy standardized S&OP processes, governance models, and best practices that elevate supply chain performance with CCEP 
•    Support annual business planning, budgeting, and financial forecasting activities

Qualifications
Required
•    Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, Life Sciences, or a related field
•    Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
•    Strong analytical, financial, and business acumen
•    Fluency in English
Preferred
•    MBA or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Science, or related discipline
•    Experience managing contract manufacturers, toll manufacturers, and co-packing partners
•    Advanced proficiency in SAP, IBP, and supply chain analytics platforms
