Job Purpose

 Part of the New Product Introduction expertise organization in the CCEP, the Expert NPI Snr. Prof Data Engineer is responsible for supporting the Business Analyst Country NPI teams as well as other stakeholders involved in NPI processes. S/he will work in close collaboration with them to find CI opportunities in existing processes and will access and initiate the process analysis and design modelling of process-enabling solutions. This involves being able to understand the business needs throughout different business areas and the data models required by NPI Service Line and to support these needs through engineering of new solutions and supporting/enhancing existing ones with focus on harmonization and standardization. S/he will also coordinate the deployment of any NPI data solutions in the BCP innovation area as part of projects like CDSP, S4 Hana, Ariba, Data & Analytics.

S/he will act also as main Subject Matter Expert in complex issue resolution and implementation of those new business solutions. Super user role responsible to initiate change management: train and support other team members with complex processes around those tools. S/he will be supporting as well all Governance initiatives upheld by NPI.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate the optimization of existing NPI data models through data architecture tools which align with business needs and CCEP data strategy
• Acquire Data Solutions that align with business requirements and NPI Governance policies in efficient and automated manner
• Supporting the CCEP Innovation Pipeline via support of all projects impacting NPI processes (ex. CDSP, SAP deployment projects, Ariba)
• Resolve and communicate any solution issues with relevant stakeholders (internal and external)
• Create new data validation methods and data analysis solutions
• Develop and maintain data creation/maintenance processes in the relevant internal and external systems
• Provides feedback and support to the New Product Introduction Experts Manager in driving end-to-end standard NPI processes across CCEP
• Collaborate with other NPI teams and identify opportunities for automatization along NPI E2E activities. Identify solutions and improvements of data solutions utilized for the day-to-day NPI activities
• In relation with the country NPI teams, implement an action plan to correct faulty data and eliminate root causes.
• Identify improvements on data loading tools (Winshuttle based or others) efficiency and effectiveness.

Experiencerequired

• 3+Years Experience of Creating, managing and analyzing Data Solutions; Experience in a multinational organization and/or Shared Services environment is an advantage. Experience in a data related role, ideally in material master, in a multinational organization and/or Shared Services environment.
