About the Role
As a Production Engineering Manager you will lead site engineering to provide technical expertise to facility maintenance, new initiatives and capital investments to enhance manufacturing and distribution capability. You will manage and direct site CAPEX & FM plan for expansions and improvements on the site.
Your main tasks includes:
- Manage CAPEX investments for the site both in terms of budgets and implementation
- Identification and prioritization of engineering projects / new initiative projects
- Preparing and delivering the annual business plan, manage site master plans
- Guide and support facility manger to ensure all assets are maintained in good working condition
- Adherence in projects to country legislation and CCEP standards
- Manage via technologist the implementation of new initiatives and safeguard manufacturing operations to sustain line availability and material performance
- Develop and coach engineering team to ensure they maximise their individual and team performance and drive succession plan for the team
- Leading the site's engineering team and providing vision, direction and support to achieve and exceed the site’s objectives
- Full compliance with Quality, Environment, Safety and Health (eg energy limitation, no repetition of bad results in audits, frequency rate accidents team)
- Work with procurement to ensure OEMs deliver according to agreed scope
To be successful in this role we believe that you:
- Have track record of working in Chief engineering roles, within manufacturing environments with volatile demand and complex KBI business
- Have an academic degree in Mechanical/Mechatronics
- Track record of engineering project management with cross functional teams
- Have advance mechanical engineering understanding to validate and propose modification to equipment design
- Have quick problem solving skills to manage day to day challenges, technical expertise of advanced automated and sophisticated engineering manufacturing facilities
- Financial management of significant budgets both for OPEX & CAPEX
- Are fluent in Swedish and English to communicate clearly with the different stakeholders
