ABOUT YOUR ROLE
Supporting the District Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the contract re-sign pipeline, net outlet count growth, new business pipeline and conversion, territory relief and ensuring all team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to execute the above process or program in their roles.
As well as working closely with your immediate team, you will also collaborate with internal stakeholders such as equipment service and distribution to ensure we fulfil our customer commitments.

You will be responsible for supporting the team in achieving all sales and executional metrics, through building great rapport with customers and implementing joint business plan initiatives.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Contracts Re-sign Pipeline
- Manage the DSM territory contracts database using the T-9 methodology.
- Support the BDEs with winning new business
- Support the BDEs with negotiation planning and PGT modelling for bespoke contracts.
- Support the BDEs with the conversion of contract resigns (attend various customer meetings)
- Achievement of required channel EBIT targets
New Business and Net Outlet Count
- Manage the DSM territory Salesforce new business pipeline from leads through to conversion.
- Coordinate and allocate new business leads to BDEs.
- Manage the territory net outlet count process for the DSM territory including customer drop offs.
- Coordinate and allocate territory outlet reactivations (from drop off list).
- Support team members with their achievement of new business and net outlet count.
- Achievement of required EBIT targets.
Territory Relief
- Support the DSM team with communicating to key G/S customers whilst BDEs are on leave.
- Partner with the NSC to ensure all order taking is completed for vacant territories.
- Manage any customer escalations for vacant territories.
- Close out any due contract re-signs or new business conversions for vacant territories.
Execute Channel & Customer Strategy
- Utilise PICOS (Picture of Success) to bring channel & customer plans to life.
- Develop strong and sustainable customer relationships.
- Execute profitable growth opportunities for both the customer and CCEP.
- Form partnerships with relevant stakeholders including the National Sales Centre, Distribution and EQS.
- Ensure compliance to agreed trading terms.
