The Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and organised Merchandiser to manage a defined territory and ensure our brands stand out in every store. You’ll play a key role in maintaining strong store relationships, optimising product visibility, and supporting commercial growth through high‑quality merchandising and in‑store execution.
This is a 6 month contract position, scheduled to end on the 4th September, covering the South East Melbourne territory. This field‑based role requires travel across your territory, servicing a set customer base per day.
Key Responsibilities
- Build engaging product displays to enhance store presence and drive visibility
- Replenish stock, maintain presentation standards, and execute planograms
- Lead in‑store activations to support promotions and campaigns
- Liaise with store teams, address stock issues, and ensure brand standards are maintained
- Provide accurate reporting and maintain a professional presence in all stores
About You
You are dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
In addition, you will have:
- Physical capability to lift our product cases for 8 hours per day (up to 16kg)
- A valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel throughout the territory
- Excellent attention to detail with a passion for great presentation
- Professionally presented and confident representing our brand at customer sites
- Strong time management while meeting scheduled service requirements
- Experience in merchandising, retail, field operations, or a similar role is advantageous
