Director, P&C Business Partner Global Functions (Finance, PACS, Legal)

What do you become a part of - 
 This London based role will report into the VP P&C Global Functions to focus on a strategic people agenda in support of CCEP’s growth ambition and strategic goals.



What you will do - 
•    Strategic Partner with the functions ELT members, advising, thought leadership and coaching 
•    Design and deliver the annual people strategic plan for the functions with a key focus on Capability, Engagement, Talent, Diversity, Organisation Design. 
•    Coach and mentor key leaders driving talent, succession planning and strengthening diversity 
•    Leading strategic projects on organisation effectiveness, work with key stakeholders to engage leadership teams, identify areas of improvements and areas of growth and investment. 
•    Working closely with key business stakeholders across CCEP, to develop targeted interventions driving performance across all geographies (Western Europe, APAC countries).
•    Builds a culture of high performance, driving Careers, Recognition and Reward.
•    Collaboratively partners with Centres of Excellence to facilitate and deliver on leadership, talent attraction, performance, learning and development strategies


What we expect from you -
•    Extensive experience within a People & Culture or related business role, with success in partnering with businesses effectively defining, developing, and driving organisation effectiveness, change management, talent strategies and programs that successfully result in the attainment of business goals 
•    Demonstrated use of organisational diagnostics to identify, develop, and deploy solutions to address organisational barriers 
•    Proven ability to gain senior executive support and engagement on people strategies and plans across multiple divisions in support of the overall company strategy 
•    Deep expertise in all core P&C disciplines and strong, demonstrated business and commercial acumen 
•    Strong communication skills, influencing skills at different levels in a global matrix organisation 
•    Demonstrated ability to manage and implement a change agenda engaging all stakeholders 
•    Extensive experience in coaching, mentoring and developing leaders across all levels in the organisation 
•    Fluency in English. Other languages are beneficial
