About Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP)
Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) is the world’s largest Coca-Cola bottler, with over 42,000 colleagues, operations in 31 countries across three continents, and more than 600 million consumers served daily.
We make, move, and sell the world’s most loved drinks: including Coca-Cola, Fanta, Sprite, Monster, Costa Coffee, and a growing portfolio of low and no-sugar beverages while driving sustainable growth through innovation, operational excellence, and a deep commitment to our people and planet.
Our ambition is clear: to create long-term sustainable value by delivering excellent service to our customers, empowering our people, and achieving our target to reach net zero emissions by 2040.
CCEP's Procurement CoE, based in two hubs in Sofia (Bulgaria) and Manila (Philippines), is a key enabler of this ambition, bringing together diverse, high-performing teams that deliver procurement capabilities across Europe and the Asia-Pacific regions.
About the program
APx is CCEP's Procurement transformation project. Its next phase builds the Procurement Centre of Excellence in two hubs, deploys AI-enabled capabilities, and transitions activities from Category Towers into the CoE. The program runs across Europe and the Asia-Pacific and involves multiple parallel workstreams with tight interdependencies.
Role Purpose
Reporting to the APx Project Lead, the Project & Change Manager sits at the centre of the project, turning the transformation agenda into a plan that lands, keeping every workstream moving at the pace needed, and making sure the people affected are brought with it.
The role holds the integrated plan. It owns planning, tracking, reporting and governance across all workstreams, manages the critical path and the interdependencies between streams, and makes sure decisions are taken and actions closed when they need to be. It also supports the business case and the tracking of the benefits the project has committed to deliver.
In parallel, the role owns the change and communication plan for the project and delivers it: stakeholder and impact mapping, communication, and the design and delivery of training for every release and every transition wave. It makes sure that each impacted colleague understands what is changing, when, and what it means for them, and that they are genuinely equipped to work in the new operating model and with the new tools.
This is a hands-on role with real reach: the person will build the material as well as own the plan. They are expected to be comfortable with the content, the sourcing and contract management processes, the CoE operating model, and the AI-enabled tools being deployed, so that they can challenge the plan with judgement, see a risk before it becomes an issue, and give communication and training credibility with the teams receiving them.
The role works side by side with the workstream leads, P&C and the CoE leadership, and acts as a credible partner to them rather than a reporting layer above them. It is a high-visibility delivery role in a fast-moving environment, working directly with senior leadership, with visible impact on whether the new capability is adopted. It will suit someone who thrives on pace, is comfortable holding senior stakeholders to their commitments, and can drive delivery across geographies and functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Project planning, governance and reporting
- Own and maintain the integrated project plan across all workstreams, including milestones, owners, dependencies and the critical path.
- Run the project rhythm: workstream check-ins, Core Team meetings, SteerCo and PLT reporting, decision logs and actions.
- Manage interdependencies between workstreams, escalating early where a milestone in one stream puts another at risk.
- Maintain the risk, issue and dependency registers, and drive mitigation to closure with the accountable owners.
- Prepare SteerCo and leadership materials, giving a clear view of progress, risks, change readiness and decisions required.
- Coordinate internal partners on the critical path, including IT, Legal, Internal Communications, P&C and external providers.
Business case and benefits
- Support the update and maintenance of the business case, including scope changes and the tracking of committed benefits.
- Track and report cash recovery activity across Europe and API.
Change, communication and training
- Own the change management and communication strategy and plan for the project, and deliver against it.
- Build and maintain the stakeholder map, and the change impact assessment for each capability go-live.
- Sequence communication correctly against the project milestones, and design and deliver it for each release and each transition wave, working with Internal Communications and P&C.
- Develop training material and deliver training for the new ways of working, the new operating model and the new tools, tailored by stakeholder group.
- Track change readiness and adoption, and report progress and risks into the project governance.
- Support workstream leads on the change elements of their own milestones.
Capability build and transition
- Coordinate the capability build workstreams: role profiles, recruitment, onboarding and tool adoption, working with the workstream leads, P&C and the CoE leadership.
- Support the transition of project activity into business as usual at the end of each wave, and hand over the change and communication material to the CoE.
Skills required
- Strong project and project management discipline, with the ability to build and maintain a complex multi-workstream plan and manage a critical path.
- Solid change management capability, covering stakeholder and impact assessment, communication planning and training design.
- Clear, concise written and verbal communication, with the ability to translate a detailed plan into a leadership-level message and to write for different audiences and seniority levels.
- Ability to influence and hold senior stakeholders to account without direct authority, and to escalate constructively.
- Hands-on delivery mindset, able to produce the material and not only own the plan.
- Ability to work with sensitivity and discretion on changes affecting people's roles.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage many parallel activities to deadline.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, across multiple countries, time zones, languages and cultures.
- Proficiency in project management, reporting, communication and training tools (e.g. MS Project or equivalent, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint / Teams, video and e-learning tools).
