ABOUT YOUR ROLE

You are part of the Grinders Coffee Specialist team working closely with the QLD sales team. This team works together to produce a consistent standard and delivery of training and collaborates to align the same practices throughout Australia.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

Managing Customer training requirements               

  • Delivering customer training curriculum,
  • Scheduling and maintaining training efficiently,
  • Maintaining a clean training area,
  • Manage training requirements in regional areas

Coaching and mentoring the Grinders Sales Team             

  • Drive the Grinders Territory Manager Capability plan,
  • Be responsible for the development of the QLD sales team
  • Deliver workshops and training webinars to grow sales team capability nationally

Supporting the 2024 Grinders Coffee new business plan    

  • Work closely with the National and key Account teams to achieve new business targets
  • Work closely with the QLD sales team to achieve New Business targets

Drive Quality and Standard in N&KA

  • Work closely with the National Business team and be the lead for the Quality Standards manual across national & key accounts
  • Roll out and maintain the training program with Hungry Jacks

Promoting and developing Grinders as a premium coffee business

  • Use your existing industry profile and network to authentically promote and / or represent Grinders Coffee in industry events nationwide
  • Work with other Coffee Specialists to host coffee events.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to grow brand Grinders nationally, including social media, online presence and events
  • Be the go to person for all coffee events and sponsorship opportunities nationwide
  • Contribute your expertise in all things coffee to enhance the quality of our core product offering, services and customer relationships.

LET’S TALK ABOUT YOU!

  • Experience working for a range of cafes in a barista capacity, with a 2-3 year period of working in high end premium or specialty cafes
  • High level barista skills
  • Sales experience- preferably in New Business
  • Some experience working within a large, structured organization, preferably a coffee roastery
  • Experience as a judge or competitor in any ASCA competition (brewers cup, latte art, barista)
  • Training delivery
