Associate Director, Profectus Country Deployment Lead (2 year contract)
Job Purpose:
- Manages the deployment activities for a CIM “Wave” of Countries in implementing, integrating, and adopting the CIM Profectus template.
- Ensures that Profectus is delivered following the guiding principles of strong adoption with a rich template that supports the transformation and standardization of the business.
- This Role is required as a 2 year contract.
Delivered through:
- Deploying the template solution to the target locations within specific business unit(s).
- Executing all Profectus project lifecycle phases:
- Prepare: Prepare wave launch, mobilize Business Unit teams, and deliver Global Template Overviews Build Wave plan for Process, People, Data and Technology. Confirm wider change
- Adopt: Adopt the Global Template, identifying and signing-off Business Unit legal, statutory, and regulatory requirements Develop Change Impact Assessments and educate Senior Stakeholders
- Refine: Build Business Unit requirements & market specific integrations; migrate data; build local skills; perform UAT Execute Change plans
- Go-Live: Technical Cutover, Drive business readiness activity and deliver training to end users
- Evolve: Support Post Go Live (Hypercare), transitioning the solution to CCEP Business as Usual Ensure Adoption.
- Ensuring that the Profectus governance & methodology is adopted and adhered to by the in-scope business units.
- Managing a matrix hybrid team across business unit, central programme, ISS, and external partner resources.
- Ensuring that all pre-requisite deliverables are in place across all teams to execute and support both current, and next phase activities.
Skills and Essentials:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project/program management roles in related and comparable positions of team leadership
- Business-Fluent in English (German, Spanish, and/or French would be advantageous)
- Experience in the management and development of medium to large, scaled hybrid working teams, in international environments, combining internal and external expertise.
- Experience in managing and delivering solutions together with external partners.
- Experience in navigating program methodologies.
- Demonstrable experience in transformation program and project delivery.
- Experience in the management of large-scale multi-million-euro programs and projects in international environments.
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders (internal & external) and a diverse team running multiple projects across multiple geographies.
- Experience in building, leading and developing ways of working within a complex environment.
- Good analytical and planning skills combined with an independent, goal- and process-oriented way of working.
- Experience in the consumer product market or beverage industry.
- Experience in budget and annual business planning procedures.
Qualifications Required:
- Degree in relevant subject
- Desirable: industry-standard qualification in project, program, or portfolio management
Functional Technical Skills Required:
- Knowledge in the following domains: PMO, program/project management, IT delivery management
- Transformation and change experience (delivery and management)
- Knowledge of current CCEP technology trends & market developments, business process, and data ambitions
- Knowledge of current CCEP commercial business processes
