Your Impact
As a Sales Manager (Auckland based) your role is to provide first level supervision, lead, coach and develop Business Development Managers and Territory Sales Managers within the Licensed division towards the achievement of profitable volume growth and performance targets. - Presenting analysis to assist critical decision making
- Executing CCEP NZ licensed sales strategy to drive per capita consumption and profitable volume growth
- Contribute to the overall performance of the “Away from Home” Sales Team
- Build strong, win-win customer relationships to exceed service expectations
- Drive continuous improvement across key tasks
- Focus on efficiencies that enhance people engagement, resource use, and financial performance
- Maintenance of your team’s annual review plans
About You
Your evident capability to lead a team to increase profitability via the channel’s strategic business plan, will put you in good stead to succeed in this role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven leadership experience including coaching and developing
- Action management
- FMCG experience
- Adherence to team budget requirements
- Ideally you’ll have Licensed exposure
- Expertise in fostering high-performance team environments
