Talent Acquisition Consultant
AplicarPart-time | 26 hours/week Monday - Friday
We’re Coca-Cola Europacific Partners – one of Aotearoa’s largest beverage manufacturers and proud partner of some of the world’s most loved brands like Coca-Cola, Sprite, Pump, and Keri Juice. With over 1,000 incredible people across the country, our success is built on the talent we bring in. That’s where you come in.
We’re looking for a confident, process-savvy recruiter to join our tight-knit Talent Acquisition team on a permanent, part-time basis (26 hours per week). This role is spread across Monday to Friday, making it a great fit for someone seeking school-friendly hours or a flexible schedule that supports work-life balance.
In this role, you’ll take the lead on recruiting Merchandisers across New Zealand – a vital frontline team that keeps our products looking their best on shelves. You’ll be managing end-to-end recruitment for this portfolio, working closely with hiring managers to bring in great people, fast. It’s a role that’s all about pace, accuracy, and finding ways to make the process better every time.
What you’ll be doing:
- Owning end-to-end recruitment for Merchandiser roles across NZ – from role brief through to offer.
- Partnering with hiring managers to understand needs, set expectations, and deliver a smooth hiring experience.
- Creating smart sourcing strategies for those hard to fill roles, that include job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Screening candidates quickly and effectively, setting up interviews, and supporting hiring decisions.
- Keeping candidates informed every step of the way – from first hello to signed offer.
- Looking for ways to improve our process and candidate experience – curiosity and efficiency are key.
- Using recruitment tools like SuccessFactors and HireVue to stay organised (don’t worry if you’re not across them yet – we’ll show you the ropes!).
You’ll have support from our People Services team to handle contracts, checks, and onboarding – so you can stay focused on great hiring outcomes.
Who we’re looking for:
You might be an experienced recruitment coordinator, in-house recruiter, or someone who's worked in an RPO setting. You’re known for working at pace, staying organised, and juggling multiple priorities without dropping the ball.
- You’re process driven and curious – always looking for ways to improve how things are done.
- You’re great at managing stakeholder relationships and building trust fast.
- You’ve worked in high volume recruitment or coordination before.
- You’re confident with systems and comfortable learning new tools quickly.
- Bonus if you’ve used SuccessFactors or HireVue, but not a deal-breaker.
What’s in it for you?
- Monthly product allowance to share with your family.
- 8% KiwiSaver or super options for permanent employees.
- Employee Share Programme – we’ll match up to $3,000 per year.
- Access to wellbeing benefits like medical insurance, gym subsidies, and EAP.
- A flexible, hybrid working model – our team works 2 days a week from home.
- World-class learning and development opportunities, locally and across our global CCEP network
